Chaldal is THE WORST when it comes to deliver items to their users. I am not talking about something a very recent or random or even a rare issue, rather this is happening for “at least 3-4 YEARS”. Many times I order some emergency items at the morning or the night before, hoping I will get them delivered as they promise during ordering time. They miss their promised slot and deliver more than 4-5 hours later, even at night many times. And this is even more crazy that sometimes I get the products delivered the next day 🤯, what is this!?!? I have provided 2 screenshots. 1 is of the SMS I received right after I ordered some items yesterday. As you can see they promised that they will deliver them by 11pm yesterday night. The second screenshot is right after I actually got the items delivered, which is today at 2pm. Again, trust me this is not just one random and rare issue. I am writing this after literally being fed up facing this issue so many times by their fuchkaed up delivery system.
